SPONSORS, you have ONE HOUR to complete your initial registration. You may use TBD (To Be Determined) and filler text if desired. Changes can be made in the Account Center later.

Have multiple registrations and want to take your time? That's fine. Just follow these instructions. 

  1. Enter your purchase amounts in the "Registration Options" section. (If you are prepaid, select "Offline by Check or Credit Card at 713-828-1269" when prompted for billing.)
  2. Provide the Sponsor Company information.
  3. Complete the first registration with the sponsor's information. (The Sponsor must be available at the event to make decisions related to their team and to handle any emergency.)
  4. Select SUBMIT to receive an email confirmation with a link to "Claim Your Account."
  5. Use the same email you used in your initial registration to "Claim the Account." You or anyone you give access to, can then login to the Account Center any time with the email (user name) and password. You can also access the Account Center login from tocift.org main menu.
  6. ADD YOUR REGISTRANTS (THE REST OF YOUR TEAM'S INFORMATION) in the account center under Registrations/View Details/Add Registrant.
  7.  ONLY REGISTRANT #1 (The Sponsor's registration) CAN PURCHASE MORE TEAMS, ADDITIONAL ANGLERS, GUEST/GUIDES AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, Find Registrant #1 under Registrations/View Details/Registrant #1 in the Account Center.
  8. All registrants will receive an emailed confirmation with a link to sign a digital waiver. THE WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE BADGE PICKUP at the event.

If your company has many teams and wants to add an additional Sponsor to shoulder the responsibilities at the event, please have that Sponsor purchase the registrations that they will be responsible for separately using an email connected to them.

Purchase a Door Prize, Raffle Bucket, or Auction Item and show your company's support for our coastal community. Your company will be announced by auctioneer or prize distributor. Costs range between $100 - $2500.

Sponsor must be available in person at the event to make any decisions related to your team, and to act in case of emergency.

Registrant Information

An email confirmation and link to a digital waiver will be sent to each attendee upon submission. Please have them check their name and drivers license number for accuracy and sign the waiver. Corrections can be made by the Sponsor in the Registrant Account Center.

It will be possible for your attendees to sign the waiver at the event, but please encourage them to sign beforehand to ensure a smooth registration and badge pick up process.

Should you choose to add more registrations than indicated and fail to make the additional purchase payments, TOCIFT will send an invoice.
